Additional Information

Location Deck 2
Description - Executive Quarters; The Command Officers (CO/XO) are granted a slightly larger version of the Senior Officer's quarters. The suite contains four rooms; a medium bedroom with all the amenities, a bathroom (with both sonic and water showers), a sitting/living room, and a private workspace or office. The sitting room is large enough to contain some furniture, a small dining area, a desk, computer console, private view screen, and a personal replicator. The workspace contains a desk, computer console, viewscreen, and a few chairs for visitors, and its own entrance.

- Senior Officers' Quarters; Senior Officers' quarters are those quarters generally assigned to Lieutenant Junior Grade Officers and higher. These rooms are occupied by a single officer and consist of a three room suite. These suites include a medium sized bedroom, with standard amenities, a restroom with sonic shower (and rarely a water shower or bath) and a sitting/living room. The sitting room is large enough to contain some furniture, a small dining area, a desk, computer console, private view screen, and a personal replicator.

- Junior Officers' Quarters; Junior Officers' quarters are those quarters generally assigned to Ensigns and NCOs. These rooms are generally two officer suites. Each officer has a small private bedroom and a small restroom. They share a living room or commons area, with a computer console, view screen and replicator.

- VIP/Guest Quarters; On the Occassion when an Akira class must transport Very Important Persons, or other Guests, they are housed in Quarters roughly equivalent to those of the Senior Officers. The quarters can be quickly changed to suit most environments that may be required.

- Holosuits; The Akira class houses six Holosuits as well as Holodecks. Holosuites are notably smaller than Holodecks, only about the size of a small quarter. They are not capable of handling as many variables as holodecks, or as many people at once. However, they are suitable for some training and recreation. Generally, these are reserved for the officers of the Akira.
